We want you to be happy with your jewelry and do our utmost to ensure that. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 13 days of receipt. You have to notify us of your intention to return the package within 10 days of receipt.

  • Sale items and customized jewelry are non-refundable.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including free gifts.
